Nan (Tandoori)

Whole-wheat pastry flour, water, garlic, green chile baked in clay oven with charcoal fire. 

Parothas (Round)

Whole-wheat pastry flour, water, ghee, cooked in a cast-iron skillet. 

Alu Ka Parotha (Parotha with Potato Filling)

Potato, cumin, ghee, salt filling. 

Sag Parotha (Spinach Filling)

Spinach, cumin, salt filling.

Aloo Parotha (Basil Filling)

Potato, cumin, tulsi, salt filling (baked).
